If you’re reading this, we don’t need to tell you about the gourmet food truck craze…right? You may have even heard of Sam’s Chowder Mobile based out of Half Moon Bay in California. After all, Sam’s has earned numerous accolades…such as one of the “Top Ten Fab Food Trucks in America,” according to TLC’s show Best Food Ever. They’ve built a crazed, loyal following by serving fresh seafood throughout the Bay Area, like their signature Clam Chowder, their Baja Fish Tacos, Fried Shrimp Po’ Boy, and of course their famous Lobster Roll. In addition to pleasing the everyday lunch and dinner crowds, Sam’s is also a major player in the catering scene — everything from weddings to company clambakes. Now that’s a wedding we want to go to!! And if they weren’t 3000 miles away, we’d be booking them for any and all Boylan events here in NJ. Of course we’re supposed to tell you that Sam’s is great because they actually sell more Boylan bottles than just about anyone West of the Rockies…and believe me, we love that about them. Just shows you once again, how like-minded companies — those who recognize what is good and made right — find each other. But we’ll let you in on a secret — Sam’s is so good, we’d have them cater our last supper no matter what (we can bring our own Boylan).
